Have we got a Deal for YOU!!! Our Dances are already inexpensive, but we have ways to save you even more money: check out our Membership in SVSDS. If you get a frequent dancer card, you pay once and get into all the swaps for the spring semester and summer too. And the best deal: HOST!! Hosts get into the dance for free. It's best if you can get a friend to help. You can share in watching the door and dancing. It's easy. If you're interested just ask the host or instructor at any of our dances.

swingin' anymore... They're salsa, merengue, tango, and waltz too. |

| Due to many requests by our dancers, the SVSDS
is finally living up the label of "Social Dance Society." At every "Swing"
Dance we host, we make sure to play a some waltzes, tangos, or almost
anything that is asked for.
Many (most?) of our beginner lessons are also forging into new territory, teaching cha-cha, waltz, tango, or new lead & follow or turning techinques. Now this might sound confusing, maybe intimidating, but we have faith. We think that if you try it, then you'll like it. If you don't know how, just ask - we wouldn't be playing the music if we couldn't teach you how to dance to it. So come out and get a taste of something new. |
